When the person is using their printer on a daily basis they are going to find that the printer may start performing odd or they may find that it is not performing as well as it used to. Those that do not use their printer that much, then they may notice that they are not having any luck with their printer. There is a fine line of use that people must follow in order to make sure that their Pinter and the ink in the printer is performing at the level that it should.
For those that do not print that much, a good rule of thumb is print something at least once a week in order to make sure that the printer stays up to pay. The problems that occur should you go weeks without printing is that depending on the type of ink cartridge you have in the printer, the ink could become dry and so forth. Other people notice that their ink actually runs out of the ink cartridge when it is not in use, which usually signals an even bigger problem.
Those that are running their printer nonstop are going to start having print jobs that are blurry and may even look as though lines have been skipped. When a printer overheats it keeps doing the job, however, it is only doing the job as half the efficiency that it should be. A good rule of thumb to follow is to print large documents, divide this up and give the printer some time to rest in between, especially if you are not using a heavy duty printer for the job.
